Photos-Magdaline “Mildred” Petorella

Magdaline was born 10 Feb 1909.  The 1910 U.S. Census indicated that Domenico, Pearl, and Magdaline lived at 622 S Aberdeen St, Chicago, IL. Domenic age 26, Pearl age 19 and Magdaline age 12/12 (1 yr.)

Also living in this building were Pearls Grandparents Francesco-61 and Magherita Scolaro-60 and cousins Josie-14, Annie-12, Sarah-8 and Frank-24.  In another apartment in the same building were cousin Antonino (eldest son of Francesco and Margherita) Scolaro’s family. Antonino-31, Rosie-29, Lauretta-6, Christina-4, Prudentia-2 and Annie-3.
Francesco, Antonino and Frank were all listed as peddlers.
